A high-growth Technology business are seeking an experienced Finance Business partner to join their team in this newly created role.

The Finance business partner will play a vital role within the finance department where they will focus on building relationships with heads of departments regionally and assessing risk/opportunity for business performance.

This is a business facing role financial and operational role, helping drive and report performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, coordinate, and create budgeting, forecasting and business plans for your regions, in collaboration with head of departments regionally.
Assess risk and opportunities and provide concise, accurate, and timely information concerning past, current, and forecasted business performance
Drive the tender, repricing, contract uplift process for the region including input to the renegotiation of contracts
Help improve business performance by implementing contract profitability actions.
Work closely with the Management Accountant and own all elements of the region's profit & loss/Balance Sheet
Challenge regional directors to develop financial management capabilities.
Support the business through ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW qualified
Previous business partnering experience.
Drive the tender, repricing, contract uplift process for the region including input to the renegotiation of contracts
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
