Due to continued growth and to support our future plans we wish to recruit an Administrator. The successful person will be an integral member of the Key Hardware team, providing support across the organization.


This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and strong administrator who want to develop a career within one of the leading wholesale distributors of architectural ironmongery and hardware products in the Island of Ireland, based in Belfast.

Key responsibilities for Administrator include:

  • Reconcile all queries relating to goods and invoices
  • Registering and scanning purchase invoices onto the computer system
  • Assisting the purchase team with account queries
  • Providing administration support across different departments
