Key Areas of Responsibility:


  • Management of the reconciliation process for institutional client accounts on a monthly basis in conjunction with IMS Business Management team

This will cover:
- the reconciliation itself;
- communication with IMs across the firm to highlight discrepancies in their client holdings vs our third-party custodians;
- liaison with third-party custodians to resolve issues;
- monitoring of the Client Reconciliations inbox;

  • Design and Maintenance of the Operations Division intranet pages, keeping content current and working closely with the various operations divisions to ensure their individual pages are updated with news, documents and anything else that is required.
  • Supplier Documentation working with the Procurement, Risk, Finance and Vendor Management areas to ensure that all of the correct documentation for the review of Operations' thirdparty Suppliers is up to date. Liaising with suppliers to refresh the necessary documentation on an annual basis.
  • Business / project work as delegated by the Head of Operations in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Assist in producing Operations Division MI and Operational Resilience documentation as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • A levels or equivalent (preferred).


  • CISI

  • L3 (preferred).
  • Relevant experience within financial services.

Knowledge & Skills:


  • A selfstarting and confident approach, with a willingness to develop knowledge and skills are prerequisites for the role.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
  • Able to retain the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.
