Description

As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior areas of the facility, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and parking lots
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment for events or meetings
• Monitor and replenish restroom supplies
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or requests

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with customers and understand instructions
• Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles for transportation purposes
