Description
AG Construction is a dynamic and growing business within the construction sector located in the heart of Hilton.

As we expand, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Commercial Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of projects from a commercial standpoint.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of AG Groups commercial contracts.
  • Track AG Group project milestones and deadlines.
  • Maintain and organise company folders for all projects ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with our Quantity Surveyors to assist in tracking project budgets.
  • Coordinate the creation and processing of purchase orders for site ensuring materials are on site in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with our suppliers and subcontractors regarding our projects and assist in sending tendering packs.
  • Assist in the creation of payment notices ensuring these are sent in a timely manner.
  • Assist the wider team in any administrative duties required.
  • Maintain and organise company documents ensuring they are filed and recorded correctly.

Experience:


  • Ideally experience within the construction industry with a will to learn.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary £24,000-25,000 dependent on experience.
