    The Role at The Swatch Group

    This position is part of our Customer Service department and involves assisting clients visiting our boutique for after-sales service needs, while also working as part of the sales team.

    1. Client Interaction: Identify client service and warranty needs.
    2. Propose corrective interventions based on the identified needs.
    3. Conduct diagnostics to create an estimate for the required work.
    4. Perform timepiece repairs according to OMEGA standards within specified timelines.
    5. Carry out bracelet interventions, including pin and bar replacement, bent clasp repair, etc.
    6. Ultrasonic cleaning of cases and bracelets.
    7. Assist with stock management and maintenance.
    8. Achieve Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
    9. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction.
    10. Develop Strong Client Relationships: Maintain accurate client records and foster strong relationships within the boutique.
    11. Ongoing Training: Attend regular training sessions to develop comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on latest developments.

    Job Description:
