Description
Our client based in the Walsall area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties include:
- Deal with return queries.
- Work to daily KPI targets.
- Deal with couriers and suppliers daily.
- Liaise with various internal and external departments.
- General administration duties as required.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Have excellent written communication.
- Be able to multitask and organise own work.
- Have good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
