Description

Our client based in the Walsall area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Main duties include:

  • Deal with return queries.
  • Work to daily KPI targets.
  • Deal with couriers and suppliers daily.
  • Liaise with various internal and external departments.
  • General administration duties as required.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Have excellent written communication.
  • Be able to multitask and organise own work.
  • Have good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with the occasional weekend cover required.
