We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join us in our mission to create a customer satisfaction level that cannot be beaten.

• Provide excellent management and resolution of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets.
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
• Assisting customers and other departments with registration or account creation.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities.
• Indepth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
• Ability to work calmly under highstress situations.
