Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent management and resolution of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets.
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
- Assisting customers and other departments with registration or account creation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
- Ability to work calmly under highstress situations.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
