Hours :Full time hours 33 hours You will be flexible enough to work on a rolling rota basis

Shifts :Days and nights available depending on your preference 8/8 start and finish times (All shifts are 12 hours)

We are currently working in partnership with one of the
UK's leading private healthcare providers and are looking for passionate health care assistants both inexperienced and experienced to support our lovely residents in a beautiful nursing home situated in
Esher, Surrey.

Our home is a 73 -bed purpose-built service.

The home is dedicated to caring for adults living with Dementia, Alzheimer and also more complex conditions which require more specialist care including Epilepsy and Head and Brain injuries.

The home provides both long term and short-term stay care. The home is very well equipped, and all rooms are En-suite. Residents can enjoy varied activities and events programme as well as regular trips and outings. Residents can also benefit from an onsite salon along with additional therapies and services.


You as a care assistant

  • Will be ensuring the residents are looked after and they are receiving the highest possible care and support they deserve. You'll also support your team when it comes to taking the resident's vitals and reporting changes you see.
  • You'll be assisting residents with their daily living including personal care, mobility and medication.
  • You'll build relationships with the residents and provide companionship throughout the whole day and engage residents in stimulating activities.
  • You'll be encouraging the residents to eat and drink and will be following individually tailored care plans.
