Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced, professional and analytical Business Change Manager to join one of the UK's leading Wealth Management firms.

Responsibilities...

Work collaboratively with clients, advisers and colleagues to develop and deliver strategic business change initiatives
Build strong relationships with internal Leaders and Stakeholders to build engagement strategies, plans and potential resistance prevention
Consult and coach the Change team members, leaders and external stakeholders to champion the change
Identify and analyse business change risks and preparing risk management tactics
Define the change management delivery method, processes and tools to deliver an effective strategic agenda to ensure it is embedded throughout the company
Have previous experience in a Change Management position, with proven knowledge of principles and methodology (ideally within a professional services environment)
Be experienced in implementing creative design thinking processes to problem solve
Have the ability to build strong relationships, lead and train others and be able to support and influence others with communication skills
Be proficient in business management, statistics, analytics and have knowledge of models and forecasting (essential)
