Are you currently working within Catering, Food and Beverages as a Commis Chef or production Cook? Would you like to work in a brand-new food experience with great working hours? We are currently recruiting for Cooks to work at our brand new location within Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness.


The ingredients for success


You will have previous food production experience and be comfortable working within a back of house team delivering our food for our customers.

You will be working to pre prescribed recipes, and adhering to our strict standards on quality, hygiene and presentation.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepping hot and cold meals and snacks
  • Taking guidance from senior kitchen team
  • Assisting the team in the smooth operation of the outlet
  • Working within all hygiene regulations

Qualifications and experience needed

  • Experience in restaurants or catering is essential
  • A passion for food and service
  • Ideally apprenticeship and proven catering training
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties this is a 7 day a week operation
