We are looking for an experienced and motivated Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team.


Reporting to the Head of Partnerships this is a newly created role to reflect a period of rapid growth and you'll be part of a high performing function whose focus is to create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and management.

Ifyou have solid experience working in a partnerships role for a start-up or scale-up business, and are looking for the next challenge in your career, then this could be the role for you.


If you want to succeed in this role, you must be highly numerical, focused on delivering on KPIs aligned to wider company goals, and ensure that partnership activities undertaken are tested, measured, and reported on accordingly.

Reporting and insights willalso form a key focus for your role.


Key Duties:


  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with all departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies.
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including cocreated and/or cobranded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Building reports for stakeholders, delivering actionable feedback and providing recommendations for channel improvement and optimisation to scale growth

What we are looking for:


  • Proven track record in Account Management and experience of generating new business.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of partnerships and relationship management
  • Selfstarter with the ability to prioritise workload and effectively manage multiple projects/clients
  • Ability to solve problems and work well independently
  • Highly confident and adept at networking and using events as a means for lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in travel industry desirable but not essential
