The Account Executive, plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts across EMEA and JAPAC, being responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our publisher's expectations in delivering on value propositions: growth, transparency, efficiency.


In this role you will:

  • Utilize Salesforce for daily customer support and efficiently manage tasks and priorities
  • Provide endtoend customer service for all client needs including troubleshooting, best practices, yield optimization and performance review
  • Communicate proactively with publisher clients to deliver updates: performance insights, market trends, product updates or any solution that can help drive revenue.
  • Partner Magnite team members in the US, EMEA and APAC with tactical support to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPI's, expanding client business by identifying issues and opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new functionalities, and understanding potential opportunities presented by new technical developments

We're looking for someone with:

  • Account management experience (preferably 12 years)
  • The ability to function both independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving capabilities to looks for issues and solutions in unexpected places
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • The willingness to work in a team environment by helping others and sharing knowledge
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
