24-7 Staffing is a well-established recruitment consultancy providing high quality services across our specialist sectors in Wiltshire and Bristol.

With increased demand from key clients and ambitions to continue to grow our business sustainably, we're lookingfor a Recruitment Consultant to join our small but growing team in Chippenham who look after our Driving and Industrial sectors.

Working alongside an experienced Senior Consultant, you will be given the supportand mentoring to succeed.

Working in recruitment is fast-paced, varied and often unpredictable You will need to be able to think on your feet, prioritise a busy workload and respond quickly to changing demands.

A positive, solutions-focused attitude and proactive approach are essentialto thrive in this busy environment.

Core responsibilities include:

New business development, both by phone and facetoface, selling our services to a wide range of local and regional clients, negotiating terms, and attending networking events.
Account development and crossselling to our extensive customer base.
Writing and placing of job adverts using a variety of media to attract suitable applicants.
Ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards, including keeping electronic and paperbased records up to date.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (plus out of hours on call telephone on rota basis)

Salary:
Up to 25K Basic per annum, OTE 35K
