JOB DESCRIPTION - COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Conducting Due Diligence and electronic Anti Money Laundering verification checks, for new and existing customers. This involves checking required documents have been obtained, correctly completed and loaded to the Crossbarfx System. Taking information from these documents and inputting it to a verification system, reviewing the results and with the help of the other members of the Compliance Team, determine what, if any, follow up actions may be required. Assign tasks to appropriate member of staff. Ensure all tasks are recorded in line with Company procedures ready for review and sign-off.


Profile Monitoring:
Work with the Compliance Team to review customer profiles to ensure they are accurate/current. Populate excel workbook with findings ready for review and sign off by Money Laundering Reporting Officer.


Inactive 18 Months Reporting:

Responsible for Inactive 18 months procedure - involves pulling pre-set report from the Crossbarfx system, reviewing the report to identify accounts requiring status changes, making and recording those changes prior to preparing monthly management report.


Enhanced Due Diligence - Conduct checks against payments to high-risk countries to ensure that all required documents have been provided and the payment is in line with the client's usual transactions.


Reporting:

Responsible for compiling various reports, reviewing those reports to identify any issues or areas for remediation and submitting to senior management.


Ad Hoc Tasks:
Assist MLRO with other tasks as and when required, such as

  • Assisting with Complex Client AML checks
  • Tracking and recording files for archive and/or destruction.

Continued Professional Development:

with experience and the ability to demonstrate increased knowledge and understanding of internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements will come the opportunities to progress within the Compliance team.

Salary dependent on experience

Salary:
£19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • MILNTHORPE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Regulatory Affairs: 1 year (preferred)
