Role Key Duties Include:
Elevate service for VIP & Concierge booking clients, collaborating with top Hotels and Luxury Lifestyle Service providers, offering a special and unique experience.
Book and manage reservation requests using an advanced reservation system.
Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
Operational/Technical Skills:
Masterful Office skills to excel in your role.
Excellent command of the English language and impeccable writing skills.
Familiarity with reservation systems like Opentable, The Fork/Bookatable, and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
Sales and Service Skills:
Deliver unparalleled service through your unique style and engaging conversations.
Skillfully drive sales, even during less desirable table times, leaving guests delighted.
Previous reservation and restaurant experience will be a valuable asset.
