Customers Service Co-Ordinator
Duties and responsibilities
- Produce and issue quotations
- Source and order kits and parts for compressed air equipment
- Record all relevant information on our Field Service Management and CRM Systems, managing the customer the experience and interactions, setting activities and conducting 'followup calls' when appropriate
- Keep customers advised on the progress of their order chase suppliers where necessary
- Issue invoices
- Provide aftersales support to customers
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships and ensuring all customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Assist the service team with daily standard operations
- Utilise all customer interactions to inform of services available
- Identify opportunities to crosssell and upsell
Background and skills requirement
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Very strong organisational skills
- A technical mindset that will enable product knowledge and understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
- A professional and positive demeanour
- A proactive and commercial approach to resolving customer queries
- A keen eye for detail and opportunity
