Customer Service & Sales Assistant Role:

Customer Service & Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Learning and retaining comprehensive knowledge of client's services and products
Engaging customers and providing a personalised experience to each one
Building a rapport with customers to allow you to match them to the correct products and services that can meet their needs
Basic administration work, collating daily and weekly reports to ensure you're on track to meet your KPIs
