The Best Connection are recruiting for an administrator for our client based in Kirkdale.This role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, paying £10.90 per hour.
As an administrator in this role you will be providing comprehensive administrative support and general assistance to the Practice.
You will act as a key liaison for partner companies and agencies as well as being a direct point of contact for the women themselves.
We are looking for someone with experience in administration, who is organised and enthusiastic, who pays close attention to detail within a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administravtive support to the Practise to ensure it runs smoothly. Including receiving and coordinating incoming and correspondence, coordinating a range of meetings and event management.
- Developing, maintaining and updating internal systems.
- General office management duties.
- Dealing with women either on the phone or face to face. This requires the ability to speak with vulnerable women, sometimes in challenging circumstances.
- An understanding of safeguarding requirements and processes and/or a commitment to attend necessary training.
We have a start date for January 2023, this is following a successful interview and completion of an online registration.

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
