Job Summary:
Call on

Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant personnel
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Skills:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with occupants
Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively
Valid driving licence to commute to different work locations
Proficient in English language for clear communication with team members and supervisors
