Description
We are looking for a team member to provide a high quality of food and beverage service by delivering excellent customer service and maximising trading returns:

Key duties:

  • Take responsibility for production, service and sales of hot and cold drinks and food to required specifications;
  • Maintain high quality of product and customer service;
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic environment within appropriate guidelines and legislation;
  • Provide assistance with deliveries, cleaning of tables and work area as required;
  • Process sales using EPOS system;
  • Ensure front of house equipment is maintained in a clean and operational state before and after shifts;
  • Ensure the conditions of our premises licence are strictly adhered to.
