Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team on the telephones providing excellent customer service.

You will contribute to ensuring that our customers have a straightforward, welcoming, and unique experience by utilising cutting-edge technologies in our contact centre here in Swansea.

We currently operate a hybrid working model. This entails 3 days per week collaborating with colleagues in the office, and 2 days working from home.

Assistant Underwriter:

The Assistant Underwriter role is the first step on the ladder and sets the foundations for an Underwriting career.

The primary responsibilities are to support the Underwriting team by capturing customers risk details, processing renewals, mid-term amendments and cancellations.

Claims Technician:


The individual in this position is accountable for executing various tasks linked to delivering exceptional claims service to our customers.

This encompasses duties such as documenting new claims, answering phone inquiries, managing correspondence, and approving vehicle repairs. Additionally, you will negotiate the settlement of claims in an efficient, fair and economical manner.

Personal Injury Claims Handler:
A personal injury handler manages the process of handling claims related to motor vehicle accidents and resulting personal injuries.

Their responsibilities typically include assessing the validity of claims, gathering relevant evidence, communicating with claimants, insurers, and legal representatives, negotiating settlements, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.

They play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to claimants throughout the claims process, while also ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Policy Validation Handler:

The role involves verifying data, detecting fraud, and taking appropriate action to address it.

The primary goal is to protect the organisation from underwriting fraud by using various tools and methods to identify and respond to fraudulent activities.

This requires the ability to recognise different types of fraud and make informed decisions based on established protocols and individual circumstances.


Your main responsibilities in the role will be to:

  • Work with insurance brokers and direct clients to handle enquiries.
  • Respond to customer and broker queries.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and brokers about their insurance policy.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with brokers and customers.
  • Produce documentation, creating and issuing correspondence to customers and brokers.
  • Play your part in a culture of change as an individual and as a team member
