Description

We are looking to appoint four new Administrators in our Student Services team to support the admissions process over the summer, ensuring students having everything they need to have a successful start at Moulton in September.

**Your duties

The post holder will

  • Lead course groups through the online enrolment process against timed slots. Identifying noncompleters, chasing for completion, recording interactions/ progress and following escalations procedures.
  • Assist with the interviewing/ enrolment of students.
  • Be a point of contact for all on boarding and enrolment questions
  • Support in sourcing transport and accommodation for new admissions

This is a 37.5 hour a week position, ongoing for 12 weeks leading up to September. Working hours may vary to suit the individual and College needs but early evening and weekend will be expected.
**Person specification- Experience of recording information accurately and have excellent IT skills.

  • Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer services with good time management.
  • Willingness to work flexibly i.e. evening and week
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS Disclosure
