Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Sales Specialist position.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activity, including developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals.

The role is based in London, but some remote work is possible.

This role requires a deep understanding of the aviation market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Search, create and expand customer database, attraсt new potential customers, while ensuring continuous sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in the aviation industry, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and maintenance facilities
• Effectively communicate technical details and address customer concerns
• Close sales and manage the contract and order process in collaboration with other departments
• Generate regular reports for management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Deep understanding of the aviation industry and its supply chain
• Solid experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Experience in the aviation spare parts industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
