Description

We are currently recruiting Loading Operatives on a permanent basis for our client located in Ross on Wye. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

What you can expect:

Pay rate: £12.05 per hour, plus shift allowance (equating to £12.85 per hour)
6am 2pm/2pm 10pm, rotating weekly Monday to Friday
Join a new team at our client's stateoftheart facility with future investment plans
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

What you will be doing:

Comply with health and safety regulations and take responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as your colleagues
Operate forklift in designated areas of the factory to maintain production flow and meet customer requirements
Communicate any shortages or problems with loads to the despatch team
Collaborate with haulier drivers to sort and load trucks
Ensure accuracy and uptodate recording of all relevant data
Load correct products for customers
Assemble and wrap products according to customer requirements
Ensure highquality labelling and packing of products
Unload trailers containing pallets, plastic, plasterboard, and general deliveries
Split pallets and relabel products, ensuring accurate labelling for despatch
Drive shunter to move trailers around the yard and in and out of loading bays
Unload returns and properly record them
Assist with monthend stock take when required
Dispose of waste appropriately
Adhere to the company's ethos and standards

What we are looking for:

Forklift experience and holder of valid forklift licence
Prior experience within a production/warehouse environment
Previous SAP experience (desirable
