Our client based in Crownhill are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their small but busy team.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Key Role to help grow sales
- Deal direct with customers
- Work closely with field sales; prepare quotes and push aftermarket sales
- Progress orders by working with all internal departments
- Order Processing in Salesforce
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Regular reporting to Management
Key Competencies
- Communication skills verbal and written
- Calm under pressure
- Comfortable in international environment
- Experience in handling customer enquiries
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
- Advantageous
- Happy to train
- Sales/Customer Service background
- Ideally from Technical/Manufacturing background
