Fleet Team LeaderWe're looking for a Fleet Team Leader to join our Kier Fleet Services Team based in Rushden.
Location:
Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available with occasional travel (1 -2 days) to the office required
Contract:
Permanent - Full Time
What will you be responsible for?
As a Fleet Team Leader, you'll be working within the Kier Fleet Services Team, supporting them in sourcing all vehicles required to support all of the projects across the Kier Group (current fleet size is circa 4500 vehicles made up of a combination of company cars, LCV's and HGV's), together with the provision of all associated fleet management services (i.e.
What will your day to day look like?
Your day to day will include:
- Manage and develop the administration team to ensure that we are delivering a 1st class, effective, efficient customer service for Kier Fleet Services, working closely with our internal stakeholders, including drivers, transport managers, and project personnel
- Ensure company policy is adhered to at all times
- Work closely with our appointed fleet outsource provider and supply chain to support delivery, both in terms of cars, benefits and operational vehicles and services.
- Manage delivery of fleet projects from development of a project plan to completion, providing regular updates to all stakeholders
