Are you a well seasoned and experienced Administrative Professional? Are you well suited to an investigatory role where customer care is paramount? If so, read on, as we may have just the role for you.


Your Duties:


General:


  • Maintaining and updating Databases and Systems, including filing of lease and associated documents.
  • Processing all team communications in an efficient manner, ensuring responses are issued in a timely manner and records maintained.
  • Maintaining and updating the filing system and implementation of the organisation's Retention Policy.
  • Managing and maintaining the ongoing reviews and actions for the Surveyors.
  • Preparation and issue of all legal and associated documentation.
  • The digitalisation of key documents, which will involve document retrieval and scanning.
  • Dealing with customer queries, including accepting payments.
  • Dealing with arrears recovery, including preparing necessary documentation for legal action.
  • Processing invoices for payment and accurate recording.

Your Profile:


  • Possess a BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus one year of relevant general administrative experience.

OR

  • Possess a BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus two years of relevant general administrative experience.

OR

Have significant experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in providing effective administrative support for the delivery of business unit objectives and core activities.
  • Experience in the maintenance and development of complex electronic databases or IT support systems using Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, or Access.
  • Experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in the preparation of written reports for senior management.
  • General administrative experience must be within an office based environment and include either investigatory responsibility, or customer care responsibility.
