Brilliant opportunity to work at a well established and growing IT managed services provider based in Leicestershire.
Very exciting time to join this fast paced provider with plans to upscale and expand over the coming months.

Working with a team of 6 to resolve any tickets raised from 1st to 3rd line faults with scope to progress service desk team leader.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing, both computer and telecoms hardware, software, systems & networks. Other duties include resolving complex support requests relating to hardware, software, and network systems.
