Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our successful client based in the Cwmbran area.


As a warehouse operative you will handle all duties to the processing, organizing, and packing of goods that are sent to warehouses for storage.

You will take inventory of all warehouse goods and operate all material handling equipment to load and unload goods.


Rates of Pay:
£10.42


Hours of Work:9am to 5pm


Responsibilities Include:


  • Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct merchandise has been received.
  • Thoroughly inspecting products for any damages and discrepancies.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of products received and distributed.
  • Contacting suppliers or distributors to resolve any shipment or delivery issues.
  • Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse.
  • Promptly processing distribution orders or requests, which includes retrieving specified merchandise from storage as well as packing, sealing, and labelling merchandise accordingly.

Skills, Attributes & Knowledge:


  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • The ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detailoriented.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
