Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management of maintenance tickets and ensuring these are completed to a high standard and within deadline
- Completing tickets within deadline and to a high standard
- Overseeing the fit out of a new property and ensuring that the property Is compliant
- Overseeing the key management system and ensuring that this aligned with the BSI
- Overseeing the quality of monthly Inspections
- Monitoring contract performance
- Onboarding new contractors when required
- Ensuring all relevant contractor documents are updated
- Ensuring keys are signed in/out
- Achieving KPI associated to the Operations department and hit companywide KPIs where possible
- Knowledge of certificates (Gas Safe, NIC, FRA, 240V)
- Responsible for Facilities, Health & Safety, Operations and Security on site and surrounding properties owned by the company
- Ongoing training and development of team members in the department
- Ensuring all critical problems that may arise are tackled In line with the company's culture
- To ensure officer behaviour is in line with the brand and culture
- Sign off annual leave and monitor sickness levels
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing speed and accuracy when undertaking all tasks
- Provide decision making training to all officer level roles under their remit and specific to their role
- Provide reports to Senior Management as requested
- Lead the morning huddles & staff meetings & attending supervisor meetings
- Delivering Brand & Culture training to the team
- Working alongside other supervisors in the company
- Working may vary depending on business needs.
Skills and Qualification:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a facilities/operations role in a corporate company
- Have a minimum of 1 years' supervisory experience
- Have excellent time, planning and project management skills
- Highly organised individual
- Ability to carry out analytical work
- Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms
- Be resilient
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Ability to multitask
