COMPLIANCE MONITORING OFFICER

ALDERLEY EDGE

UP TO £30K - free, onsite parking

The compliance monitoring analyst will report to the Head of Compliance and is responsible for completing a range of tasks from onboarding new clients, updating the back office system, data entry, generating reports and general admin duties.

Experience in an administration role is preferred with any experience within the finance/compliance/alternative lending market being very beneficial. The role requires a keen eye for detail and good organisational skills.

Key Tasks:

Completing audit checks on client websites and social media pages
Undertaking annual audits on retailers per FCA requirements
Processing manual documents and moving the data to an online system
Liaising with practices regarding their account and outstanding documents
Liaising with the accounts team to resolve any retailer queries
Undertaking client checks
General admin tasks
Supporting account managers with the maintenance of their accounts
Ensuring FCA compliance guidelines are met
Maintenance of the compliance inbox
Updating CRM
