Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities efficiently and effectively.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in recruitment.
Collaborate within the HR function to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on international recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK and other global locations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
