We work with the UK's market leaders in supplying Electrical products. We have routes within the South East of England, ensuring a flawless customer experience for our customers.

Kyle transport Ltd are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Claims Assistant to support there business within the transport industry.

The Claims Assistant will work closely with the transport management team to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner.

Duties will include:

Authorising appointments and meetings in line with company processes and protocols
Liaising with insurers and business partners regarding claims
Tracking claims budgets and uploading data onto claims log.
Requesting statement of pending business payment plans and reviewing outstanding claims
Providing the transport management team with payment updates
Minimum one years' professional experience
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to multitask, set goals and meet deadlines
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with associated business partners.
Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines
A strong knowledge of MS Office and MS excel.
The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment
Experience with QuickBooks or a similar package (desirable but not essential)
Experience with CRM (desirable but not essential)
Insurance claims experience (desirable but not essential)
