Accounts Assistant in a very modern office space close to Uxbridge station and town centre
This is a busy, varied role and duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Posting of supplier invoices/reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Management and posting of company credit card and staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations and posting bank transactions
- Accounts receivable support including raising invoices and resolving customer queries
- Supplier payment runs and remittance advice generation
- Supplier queries management, new supplier onboarding
- Managing the Finance mailbox
- Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts (including preparing and posting month end journals)
- Fixed asset register maintenance and posting of depreciation, setting up of new fixed assets
- To support the Accounts Payable/Receivable coordinator with monthly Aged Debtors/Aged creditors reviews and reconciliations
- Resolving adhoc queries for both internal/external contacts
- Assisting the yearend and annual audit and preparation of the statutory accounts
- Adhoc duties and project work as required

- AAT Level 3 qualification or at the foundation stage of the ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an Accounts/Finance role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer experience including MS Outlook and intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility in supporting all areas of the finance function
- Willingness to learn, develop and be involved in a wide variety of tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan effectively and meet tight deadlines
