Experienced Level 2 Learning Support Assistant required

30 hrs per week, term time only

NJC B1 Scale Points 4-6 to start as soon as possible.

The Governors and Senior Leaders of All Saints Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint a highly experienced, committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant.

It is essential that applicants have appropriate literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths grades A-C or the equivalent) and have extensive experience of working with children who have complex needs in a school or other organisation.

We are looking for applicants who:

Enjoy working with children and can bring out the best in them
Have achieved a Level 2 qualification or equivalent
Have excellent ICT skills
Have a consistently positive approach to behaviour management
Have a positive impact on the progress and attainment of children
Have extensive experience of supporting children with complex additional needs
Be creative and can contribute to the school's overall vision and aims
Have a good standard of English and Maths (GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent)
Good team players with a sense of humour
