    The Role

    We are seeking a talented Competition/Antitrust lawyer to join our Senior Associate position. As a key member of our team, you will focus on high-value cases, including subsidy control, procurement, general antitrust compliance, investigations, merger control, trade, and regulation work.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Advise clients on complex UK/EU Antitrust and UK/EU Competition cases.
    • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic advice on competition matters.
    • Develop and implement effective competition strategies to minimize regulatory risks.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

    Requirements

    • A qualified competition solicitor with 5-10 years of PQE.
    • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development.
