Job Purpose/Nature of work:
Main Duties:
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the sales and administrative processes.
- Learning customer needs and their individual requirements
- Liaising with internal departments on mistakes or delays and maintaining communication with customers.
- Sales order inputs and processing, including communication with customers.
- Answering office telephone when required and providing solutions to customers.
- Manage staff holiday calendars and requests for all departments.
- Maintenance of employee details and records.
- Manage stationery, uniform and light equipment supplies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team from time to time.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,500.00 per year
