Job Purpose/Nature of work:


Main Duties:


  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the sales and administrative processes.
  • Learning customer needs and their individual requirements
  • Liaising with internal departments on mistakes or delays and maintaining communication with customers.
  • Sales order inputs and processing, including communication with customers.
  • Answering office telephone when required and providing solutions to customers.
  • Manage staff holiday calendars and requests for all departments.
  • Maintenance of employee details and records.
  • Manage stationery, uniform and light equipment supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team from time to time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,500.00 per year
