Business Process Specialist
Fixed Term Contract - 35 hours per week (working hours)


Circa Starting Salary:
£40,000

Based at our HQ near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (Agile working arrangements available)

A Business Process Specialist for a fixed term Contract

Key skills needed for this exciting role:


  • Significant experience carrying out business process mapping for the implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
-
Champion the optimisation of processes in support of improved efficiencies
-
Working with counterparts of 3rd party solution providers
-
Provide expert analysis to the project board for any escalated process deviations

Identify the implications of process changes for operational business units

The ability to produce documentation for both technical and non technical audiences
-
A recognised qualification in Business Analysis or similar

So, you're interested?


The Business Process Specialist will be part of the Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem Project and the will champion the optimisation of standard business processes.

They will work with the Technology Engagement Team and map the business processes of the BHS as well as engaging with our chosen strategic partner for the Ecosystem to promote the adoption of standard processes.
