We are looking for a
Customer Service Administrator who will join the team in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire in a hybrid capacity (split of working in the office and from home), to manage the pre-audit process.
Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the pre-audit processes for safety standards related to exported produce and ornamental horticulture
- Communicating directly with clients and auditors
- Ensure registrations are correctly completed and entered into client owned databases within designated timeframes
- Ensure auditors are allocated work as efficiently as possible
- Preparation of customer invoices and resolving queries
- Liaise with staff at all levels, UK and International
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an administrative or customer service based role
- Customer focused, taking pride in delivering great customer service
- Experience of working in a similar position is preferred, but no previous experience in horticulture is required
- Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A methodical and logical approach, with good problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills
