DevOps Engineer - AWS - Financial Services - 80k + Bonus and Benefits

A market-leading financial services company are looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join a small global team working alongside the infrastructure, architect, and QA teams in London.

This role will gain from direct exposure to those teams as well as Operations as they contribute and maintain DevOps responsibilities covering some core DevOps areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, articulate, and engaging DevOps engineer withstrong communication skills to come in and provide expert DevOps knowledge to a small global team as well as work alongside several 3rd party stakeholders.

This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model based out of Central London (2/3 days a week in the office)

The Role:

Supporting developers, building scripts automating and deploying (Python)
Working with the developers to create new strategies and participating in code reviews

Your Profile:

Strong Python scripting experience
AWS exposure using Docker / Kubernetes
Administrative level experience of tools such as Jira/Confluence/Bamboo/Jenkins
