Contract P2P Accounts Payable Manager - 6-month rolling Interim (Inside IR35) - Bracknell - £175-275pd


This global brand requires an experienced
P2P Accounts Payable Manager with experience in managing remote BPO AP Shared Service Centres.


The transactional processing of AP is facilitated off-shore through the BPO.

This role will have direct management of the BPO performance and standards, focusing on process improvements, P2P interface management and PO process management.

Responsibilitywill also cover UK Expenses & Travel management with Concur. You will work with business leaders to make sure processes are working, as well as working with the Business Operations team to build improvements for the long term, ensuring they are learning andimplementing best practice


This will involve widespread stakeholder engagement, working with the BPO, plus key UK functions to identify issues, review and identify solutions for implementation.

  • Excellent communicator who can build strong, crossfunctional relationships and explain the "why" behind a financial process in a simple, engaging way and has a great track record of taking people with them
  • You'll be a problem solver someone who can spot an issue, quickly identify the root cause and come up with a plan to resolve and engage the right teams to resolve them
  • You enjoy creating as much as you enjoy delivering
  • You can challenge the status quo and have an appetite to constantly improve
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience using SAP and Purchase to Pay process, using Purchase Orders and 3 way matching (ideally SAP).
