- Define a hiring strategy and partner with leadership to set direction.
- Build processes leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation and AI to ensure we're hiring the best talent globally.
- Lead end‑to‑end hiring efforts across Technology, Commercial and Education roles worldwide.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
- Lead sourcing and outreach for key hires.
- Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks and reference coordination.
- Provide market‑trend insights to influence people strategy.
- Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a high‑growth, global technology business (or equivalent). Preferably a track record of volume delivery across technical and commercial functions, with bonus points for education roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong tech literacy: comfort with best‑in‑class tooling, process and automation.
- Data‑driven mindset: ability to analyse hiring funnels and optimise flow.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to build relationships quickly with candidates and team members.
- Location: Ideally onsite at our office in Chancery Lane (4 days per week) but open to remote candidates.
- Reporting to: Chief of Staff.
- Salary: £45‑£60k pa + equity.
