Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Passenger Assistant.

As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to passengers during their journeys.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere throughout the ride.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
Provide friendly and helpful assistance to passengers with special needs or mobility challenges.
Communicate effectively with passengers to address any concerns or special requirements.
Collaborate with the driver to maintain a smooth and efficient transportation service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respect for passengers.

Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards passengers, especially the elderly and individuals with special needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
Reliable and punctual.
Basic understanding of passenger safety and transportation guidelines.
