Avocet Commercial Careers is working with a well-respected professional services firm to recruit a Property Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team, providing essential administrative support to the firm's property department.


Property Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, word processing, and drafting standard letters.
  • Operate computerised office systems, including case management software.
  • Assist with drafting specific documents and submitting searches and stamp duty submissions for the property department.
  • Update case management systems with relevant information.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules for fee earners and departmental staff.
  • Maintain organised and uptodate client files, ensuring proper filing and retrieval procedures.
  • Receive and assist clients and visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer telephone inquiries, take messages, and direct callers appropriately.

Property Administrator Requirement:


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, or experience in property
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communication.
  • Courteous and professional manner when interacting with clients and colleagues.
