Description

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Practitioner (Therapy), to join the Wisbech Neighbourhood Team based in Wisbech.

You will be fully supported by physiotherapists and occupational therapists delivering therapy to patients with primarily physical disabilities.

The therapy service within the Neighbourhood Team provides rehabilitation, housing adaptations, moving and handling to adults over 18 years and works alongside nurses, mental health practitioners and other multi-disciplinary professionals in the Wisbech area.

**CPFT are in full support of Health Education England, Allied Health Professional, Support workforce framework which provides structured learning for support workers and encourages career development
