Description

Clinical and Care Professional Leads support south east London-wide and borough programmes of work, therefore, there is an expectation that you currently work within south east London, and for borough based roles, within that borough.

The Neighbourhood & Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA) has been established since 2018 with the aim of improving the health & wellbeing of adults by working together in local neighbourhoods in Lambeth.

The Alliance is a partnership of voluntary, community, health and care organisations, where collaboration is at the forefront of all projects and programmes to reduce health inequalities, provide better access and improve services to all residents.

In Lambeth, pain is the second most-common long term condition amongst

residents and disproportionately impacts some of our residents, including women, people from Black-African and Black-Caribbean communities, and residents living in lower income areas.

One of the NWDA's priorities for the next year is understanding how to better support people with chronic pain in Lambeth.

The Chronic Pain CCPL will support the Alliance to improve pathways into pain management services and ensure people have the right support to self-manage their condition and access to a variety of services across the community and wider the health system.

SELICS is made up of staff working in many different roles, in different settings, employed in different ways, by a wide range of partner organisations, and are at the centre of our collective ambition for greater integration and better care.

Employing organisations include NHS Trusts, GP practices, Social Care and Voluntary sector organisations, social enterprises, dental surgeries, pharmacies and optometrists.

We have an ambitious People Strategy that brings these partners together to deliver the 'one workforce' ambition, making the health and care system a better place to work and live.
