Property Project Manager

Leeds

£30000 to £40000


My client are Property Investment company working with high net worth individuals and providing a full life cycle investment service, from Property sourcing to Lettings Management.

This role will be working in the development side of the business managingthe full life cycle progress of small scale construction projects.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to more senior Project Managers in the team working with larger scale projects.

You must be an excellent communicator and very organised.

You will be working closely with contractors and investors to ensure projects are completed to budget and the set time scale.


The main function of this role is to act as a point of contact for investors, suppliers, internal stake holders and contractors.

So it is imperative you are an esxcellent communicator. You will be required to visit projects to ensure progress and you mustdrive to be considered for this role.

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Must hold full UK driving licence and own car
  • The ability to establish a highly motivated, success oriented team to meet project requirements
  • Ability to lead small refurbishment schemes of work as the Project Manager
  • IT literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • The ability to use your own initiative but also work as part of a team
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • A professional appearance
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Project Management experience desirable
  • Experience of working in the property or construction industry desirable
