Description
Overall Job Purpose:
Support the administration and delivery team to monitor and dealing with incoming communications, responding to internal and external queries, completing administrative procedures related to the enrolment and delivery of Apprenticeships and marketing and promotion.
Administration
- Meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and dealing with incoming enquiries
- General administrative work, filing, scanning, organising
- Completing of the onboarding process for employers and learners, enrolment, inductions, paperwork, data inputting
- Responsible for ensuring all learner and employer documentation meets compliance throughout the learner journey
- Inputting and maintaining learner management systems
- Working to timescales and agreed deadlines
- Assist in course set up for learners and teachers
- Supporting the managers and company directors
Personal Organisation
- Maintain accurate records of customer details; compliant with funding agencies rules, employer and organisational guidelines
- Achieving agreed action plans and targets to ensure we meet contractual requirements

Working with employers
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with employers
- Promote courses and apprenticeships
- Actively promote progression pathways and seek opportunities to secure Learner/Apprentice progression to higher level learning/employment
Essential Requirements (3)
- 3 Years experience in Administration/Customer Service Role
- Excellent IT Skills
- Confident communicator
- Organisation and time management skills
- Level 3 Qualification
Preferred Requirements (2)
- Experience with a training provider/educational provider
- Experience within the AEC sector
- Full Clean Driving License
