WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

UK Regulatory Compliance:Stay abreast of new regulatory requirements in the UK, including FCA rules, PSD2, SCA, 3DSv2, and AMLD5, and ensure the company's compliance with these standards.

Technical Requirements and System Improvements:Collaborate with relevant departments to create technical requirements for system improvements, compliance, and new features with specific consideration for UK regulatory frameworks.

FCA Reporting and Compliance Tasks:Assist the compliance department in regulatory tasks related to the FCA, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to UK regulatory standards.

Merchant Onboarding and Underwriting:Facilitate merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance with UK regulations. Conduct thorough underwriting processes for merchants, considering the UK regulatory requirements

Risk-Based Approach Implementation:Develop and implement a risk-based approach (RBA) to compliance, aligning with UK regulations and conducting risk assessments for various company operations and processes;

Portfolio Monitoring and Action Plans:Monitor fraud and chargeback levels in the company's e-commerce portfolio, creating action plans for schemes and management in line with UK regulations.

Anti-fraud Measures and Document Management:Implement and manage anti-fraud settings and assign MCC codes and descriptors, ensuring alignment with UK regulatory standards. Develop and update risk and compliance-related documents and procedures, with a focus on UK compliance.

Vendor Management:Investigate vendors and solutions in the market, identifying new vendors for 3DS Server (3DSv2), KYC solutions, and screening solutions while considering UK regulatory requirements.

Communication and Collaboration:Maintain communication with card schemes and acquirers, ensuring compliance with UK regulations. Conduct risk analysis for new and ongoing company projects, collaborating with KYC, Compliance, Legal, Business, and IT departments to ensure UK regulatory compliance and improve processes.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Finance).
  • Proven experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
